dim lighting slow service
the room seemed smaller than i anticipated the lighting was quite dim it was difficult to read the print in the brochures. breakfast service felt a bit slow one morning i waited longer than expected for my coffee and toast. i REALLY wanted a bit more prompt attention.

lovely stay, a dog-friendly haven
positive staff dog bed spacious room
The staff was positive. They were so cute to my dog, i was really happy! he even had his own bed and a goodie bag. the classic room was spacious with a free standing tub, i loved it!

noise levels parking absence
the staff were helpful.
I found the noise levels quite irritating. I could hear people walking around above me. additionally, the absence of readily available parking nearby posed A CHALLENGE. this required some inconvenient walking with luggage.
